CMS has an 80’ forming and baking line with a 1,250,000 BTU oven at its center.  This line connects to a 50’ cooling and pack off conveyor to prepare the baked goods for packaging.  This combination is made to produce baked crackers, chips, low profile snacks or other foods with a need for high speed baking.
